Tiffinie a.k.a. “TJ” is a dynamic cross-sector strategist evaluator who seeks to integrate population health principles into various industries. She has a proven track record of producing results. She specializes in program design and implementation, change management, performance improvement as well as systems thinking. Her experience includes working for various institutions including, non-profits, foundations, and government. Her interdisciplinary background provides her with the expertise to analyze data, design, and implement strategies for a variety of clients within a range of areas. She currently serves as an Enterprise Project Manager for Milwaukee County.
